Obituary

Zetta was born on September 25th, 1958 to the late Mr. and Mrs. George (Oral Bell Simmons) Inabinett.  She is also preceded in death by three sisters, Rashetta Ali, Diane Simmons, and Debra Primus.

She was a graduate of Harleyville-Ridgeville High School.  She further pursed her education and graduated from Vorhees College and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Elementary Education.  During her employment within Dorchester School District Four, she served as a "Reaching Up" reading interventionist, bus driver, and behavior interventionist.  Her retirement was dated just some time ago after 30 plus years of service.  Her love for the children was felt by everyone, and they affectionately called her "Ms. Zetta."

At times you could find her at a yard sale, spending time with her grandchildren, or mixing around in the big city of St. George.  She was loved by many and was a servant of God.

Zetta was a member of Greater St. Paul AME.  She gave her life to the Lord and understood the importance of her salvation.  She served as the Senior Choir President, Finance Team Member, and captains of many fundraising programs.  Her songs radiated to anyone who could hear her and she sang with a spirit of God.

After receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, on August 28th, 2023 our beloved Zetta answered the call from labor to rest.  She ran the race and finished with a sweet assurance of eternal salvation.

She leaves to cherish and uphold her sweet memories to her four children, Kimberly (Derriel) Mickle, Estill, SC, Corey (Chiquta) Inabinett, Many, LA, Torrence Adams & Karrie Adams both of Dorchester, SC.; six grandchildren, Zavion, Le'Aishia, Raniya, Avery, Adrian, & Aaliya; one sister, Alethea Inabinett, Dorchester, SC; two brothers, Tony (Keturah) Inabinett & Timothy (Angela) Inabinett, Norway, SC; brother-in-law, Richard Primus; aunt and godmother, Loretta Simmons;  two uncles, Marion Simmons & Robert Simmons;  five nieces; Vialetta, Akira, Alexus, Whitney & Sky;  eight nephews, Quentin, Shareef, Merrick, Eben,  Timothy Jr, Shannon, Nagui, & Nigel;  one grand-nephew, Micha;  A special spiritual mother, Missionary Beulah Mae Mickle; Her very special circle of close girlfriends whom she loved dearly;  a host of cousins, extended relatives, and beloved friends.
