Willie Joyner, Jr. son of the late Willie Joyner, Sr. and Ollie Mae Gadson Joyner, was born on March 24, 1952. He entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 11, 2016, at his home.

Willie "Bubba" as he was affectionately called by many throughout his community. He grew up in the Texas Community of St. George where he was well known by his community members.

Willie "Bubba" worked many years in the field of construction. He worked for AVA Construction Company, Rogers Construction Company and Sanders Brothers' Construction Company. He worked in construction until he retired.

Willie "Bubba" was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Charles, sisters Nettie Ruth and Linda, and nephew Anthony.

He leaves to cherish fond memories: one loving brother, Isaiah Joyner of the home; a devoted niece, Joanne Wade of St. George, SC; one nephew, Dashan (Bernadette) Hassell of Hampton, VA; one brother-in-law, Alton Williams of St. George, SC; four aunts, Albertha Heyward of St. George, SC, Doris Gadson of Miami, FL, Julia Benjamin of Orlando, FL and Ora Lee Joyner of Summerville, SC; four grand nephews; three grand nieces; a host of cousins and friends.
