Mr. William Hezekiah transitioned into the heavenly realm on September 6, 2022. He was born on January 5, 1972 in Dorchester County to the late Will Hezekiah and Ethel Washington.
William was a graduate of St. George High School Class of 1991. He received his education degree from Benedict College. He was an educator at Morningside Middle, Brentwood Middle, and Burns Elementary School in Charleston County School District. William worked with Southeast Services as a cleaner and a caregiver. William was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. William was loved and respected by everyone. He loved to dance and always was a fashion icon.
William was preceded in death by his father Will Hezekiah, stepfather, Larry Washington, paternal grandmother, Pearline Hezekiah, maternal grandmother and grandfather, Earnest and Roberta Mack. He leaves to cherish his precious memories at home his mother, Ethel Washington, three brothers, Craig Hezekiah (St. George, SC), Kevin Hezekiah (Melanie) Jersey City, NJ, and Larry Washington, Jr. (Eutawville, SC), two nephews, K'Sawn Hezekiah and Ziahere Staton, one great nephew, Oshen Williams, one niece, Stavia Williams (Shakemp), three great nieces, Ava, Khamani, Khalani, a special friend, Theodore Howard, a special aunt, Wanda Void, special friends, Ela Mae Phillips, Barbara Jones and Elizabeth Cobbs, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
