William "Billy" Felder, Jr. also known as "Cecil," 72 years of age passed away on Sunday, September 9th, 2023, in Oakley, California.

William was born July 26th, 1951, in the state of New York to the late Willam Felder, Sr. and Joyce Simmons Felder.  He has five (5) siblings, Gloria Cusack, Lillie Mae Jones, Denise Feaster, Maxine and Bobby Felder (Crystal).  He went to school in Brooklyn, New York.  Billy lived in many places throughout the US and resided in the Bay Area.

William married Teresita Benitaz in 2000 in San Francisco, California and adopted two sons, Nichko and Bruce Wayne Salise.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and watching various sports such as basketball, football, and boxing.  William also enjoyed attending church on Sundays and bible study on Wednesdays.  He and his family were able to vacation in Hawaii to celebrate a nice summer after the pandemic.

William leaves to cherish his loving memories to his wife, 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren, 5 siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
