Pastor Willerma Frazier-Riley , 69, affectionately known by her siblings and those close to her as "O," entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 341 Hudson Road with her loving husband by her side. She was born in St. George, SC, on April 23, 1947.

Willerma was preceded in death by her parents Dr. Patrick Frazier, Sr. and Rev. Cora Lee Cohen-Frazier.

Willerma grew up in a loving Christian home. Willerma's journey to heaven began when she accepted Jesus as her personal savior at an early age. She was called into the ministry at 16 years old. She was a member of Shiloh FBH Church, Byrds, SC. While at the University of Illinois she was a member of Holy Bethel FBH Church, Chicago. While working in Maryland she was a member of Tried Stone FBH Church, Washington, DC.

Willerma was a 1964, graduate of Williams Memorial High, St. George, SC and was the valedictorian of her class. She received her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from South Carolina State University, Orangeburg, SC, and the University of Illinois, Champaign, IL.

Willerma's first job was with National Institute of Health, Bethesda, Maryland as a medical librarian. She was also employed by Dorchester School District Four, St. George, SC (Reading Teacher and Media Specialist), Colleton County, Smoaks, SC and Jasper County, Ridgeland, SC (Media Specialist).

Willerma loved God and people. She was a prayer warrior with the 5:00 am daily prayer line for over ten years. She was always ready to pray whenever anybody needed prayer. She would help anybody who needed her help, no matter the time of day or night.

Willerma trusted God for everything, from making the printer work to the healing her body. She knew God as a healer. She prayed for many people and saw the handy work of God after she prayed.

Willerma was an anointed Woman of God. A preacher who loved to preach, could preach, and would preach whenever she was asked.

Willerma was the president of the St. George Ministerial Alliance. She was also a member of the NAACP, National Education Association (NEA), South Carolina Education Association (SCEA), Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority, Inc., The 60+ Club and the National Library of Science.

Willerma served as the Jr. Mission Directress and the associate editor of the True Witness of the Fire Baptized Holiness Church.

Willerma pastored following churches: St. Luke, North Charleston, SC; St. Mark, Awendaw, SC; Brown's Temple, Pregnall, SC; Victoria Chapel, Bucksport, SC and Shiloh, Byrds, SC.

Willerma was a woman of character, integrity and generosity and leaves a legacy of love in the hearts of all those who were touched by her life. She leaves to cherish and reflect on her wonderful memories, her loving husband Minister Floyd Riley of the home. Three sisters, Dr. Susan (Rev.
