Will Peppers departed this life to be with Lord on September 12, 2026, at HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in North Charleston, South Carolina after an extended illness. Will Peppers was born on August 8, 1952, in Dorchester County, to the late George and Mattie Mae Goodwin Peppers.

Will affectionately known as ‘Pep’ to his family and friends. Will attended public school in Dorchester County. He worked on the farm, operating equipment and handling day-to-day farming duties. He was a true sport fan. He played for ST. Mark Mets Community baseball team as a catcher until an accident ended his career but not his love for the sport. He was a true Atlanta Braves fan.

He loved to entertain and he never met a stranger. He will be missed by his community and family.

Those remaining to cherish his memory include: one sister, Maime Sue Fishmon, of Titusville, Florida and one sister-inlLaw, Berena Peppers of Buffalo, NY, special niece & Caregiver, Mattie (Isiah) Mays of the home. Special friend Roy Grayton of St. George, SC; Along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and caregivers.
