Mr. Wilbert Neals, Sr, affectionately known by many as "Blady," was born on March 11, 1963, in St. George, South Carolina, to the late Raymond and Lucille Neals. He peacefully departed this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and service on May 4, 2025.

A proud graduate of St. George High School, Class of 1982, Wilbert was an avid athlete and a dedicated football player during his school years. His strong work ethic and passion for excellence continued throughout his life, most notably as the owner and operator of Shine Mobile Car Wash. Wilbert took great pride in his work, always striving to serve his customers with care and dedication.

Wilbert was a faithful and active member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church in St. George, South Carolina. His service to the church was unwavering—he served in various roles including church maintenance, member of the Trustee Board, member of the United Methodist Men, and as a dedicated singer in both the Anointed Voices Choir and the Adult Senior Choir. His love for the church and its members was evident in all that he did.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Raymond and Lucille Neals, and his son, Terrance Neals.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of forty-three years, Mrs. Terri Neals of Orangeburg, South Carolina; two sons, Adrian (Marlene) Neals of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, and Wilbert (Janet) Neals, Jr.; one daughter, Kenterricka Neals of Orangeburg, South Carolina; five sisters, Beatrice Neals of Bowman, South Carolina, Evelyn Neals of Ladson, South Carolina, Elouise Green and Phyllis (Tyrone) Huggins, both of Bowman, South Carolina, and Roberta Brannon of District Heights, Maryland.

He also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren: Adrian Neals, Jr., Christopher Neals, Kamil Neals, Mya Neals, Nehemiah Neals, and Aysia Neals; two special friends, Tyrone Glover and Alex Boyd; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Wilbert "Blady" Neals, Sr. will be remembered for his warm heart, steadfast faith, tireless work ethic, and the deep love he held for his family and community. His life was a testimony of dedication, compassion, and grace, and he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
