Our Heavenly father in His infinite wisdom has called our beloved, Venzare Allen Kelly home to her reward. She was born on March 23, 1955 in Bowman, South Carolina to the late Mr. Willie Allen and Mrs. Louise "Lucille" Bowman Allen. She entered into a peaceful slumber on Friday, July 28, 2017 at her residence.

Duck, as she was affectionately called grew up in Bowman and attended the public schools there. She was a dedicated wife and mother to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was a member of Second Providence Baptist Church where she was baptized.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Willie Allen, Jr., and a sister, Eartha Lee Peppers.

She will lovingly be remembered by her husband, Bethea "Sam" Kelly of the home; seven children, Deborah (Maurice) Brown of Harleyville, SC, Melissa (Kelvin) Ash of Vance, SC, Dianna (James) Newton and Bryan Lee (Shalette) Allen both of Summerville, SC, Thomas Allen of Orlando, FL, Patricia (Antonio) Summers of St. George, SC, and Sammie Lee Kelly of Charleston, SC; siblings, Jeanette (Jeff) Jenkins of St. Stephens, SC, Alice Johnson, Louise Allen, Barbara (John Henry) Fogle all of St. George, SC, Laverne Ellis of Bowman, SC, Nathaniel Allen of Jersey City, NJ and Laverne Williams Lemon of Harleyville, SC; five sisters-in-law; seven brothers-in-law; a special friend, Mrs. Mozeal Goodwin; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
