Troy Demetrius Anderson was born on June 26, 1961 in St. George, South Carolina. He was the 2 ^nd child of Friezella Heath and Henry Anderson Jr. Troy was raised and educated in Brooklyn NY and attended Wingate High School. After high school he worked with different companies doing maintenance and other odd jobs.

Troy brought the greatest joy to others with his kind-hearted nature. He was always well known and liked by many people. During the holiday season he would dress as Santa Claus to spread joy and cheer to nursing home residents. During the warm months of the year Troy would often be seen enjoying the ocean breeze while fishing for porgies and blue fish.

Troy was best known for spreading love the Brooklyn way, with his music. When he was not playing old school music on the board walk, he brought joy and good energy to the halls and residents of nursing homes. Troy loved to dance, and in some circles was known as the hustle king.

Troy was a die-hard spades player. He loved to play and would welcome the challenge of even the most experienced players. Troy's other hobbies included making art and jewelry for his family and anyone who would appreciate it.

Troy loved and cherished his family. He is preceded in death by his father Henry Anderson Jr. He leaves to mourn; his mother Friezella Heath, 2 sisters Sandra Watson and Shannon Heath both of Brooklyn NY; 1 brother James Parker of Seattle Washington (Pearl), 3 nephews Malik Heath, Robert McMillian Jr. and Jonathan Roberts; 1 niece Tashma Watson, two great nephews James and Thomas Brabham as well as a host of cousins, friends and acquaintances.
