Ms. Tina Marie Kelly, daughter of Mrs. Georgia Mae Cobbs-Senior and Mr. Eddie Kelly, Jr. was born August 1, 1972. She departed this life for a place of eternal rest on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, South Carolina.

Tina grew up in the Hudsontown Community of St. George and attended the public schools of Dorchester County. She was a lifelong member of St. Matthew Baptist Church in Reevesville, South Carolina. In 1994 she met her significant other Mr. Anthony Chapman.

Tina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Malachi and Mary Lee Cobbs, Bernice Kelly and Nell Kelley and one uncle, Jimmie Lee Cobbs.

Those who will always cherish her wonderful memories include: her significant other Anthony Chapman of St. George, SC; her mother, Georgia Mae Senior of St. George, SC; father, Eddie Kelly, Jr.; stepfather, Terry Kelley, Sr. of Johns Island, SC; grandfather, Eddie Kelly, Sr. Of Bowman, SC; two sisters, Doreatha Neals of St. George, SC and Pamela (Randy) Johnson of Holly Hill, SC; two brothers, Darriel Cobbs of Pelzer, SC and Terry Kelley, Jr. Of St. George, SC; six aunts, Deloris (David) Harrell of Brooklyn, NY, Monolethia Cobbs, Deborah Cobbs and Eartha Carson all of St. George, SC, Nellie (Henry) Briggman of Charlotte, NC and Loretta Kelley of Columbia, SC; seven uncles, Malachi (Cynthia) Cobbs, Allen (Rosetta) Cobbs, Thaddis (Barbara) Kelly, Harold (Cindy) Kelly all of St. George, SC, Verno Kelley, Charles Kelley and Sammy Kelley all of Columbia, SC; four special friends, Nikko Robertson, Minister Keith Void, Bobbie Jean Pringle and Alisha Reed; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
