Thomas Lee Wade entered eternal rest on December 18, 2024 at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, SC after an extended illness. He was born on January 25, 1953, the son of the late Floyd and Rosa Lee Cobbs Wade. Thomas was educated in the public schools of Dorchester County. At a young age he joined St. Mark Baptist Church.

Thomas worked many years in construction and later worked at Hughes Well Drilling for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Kay Wade, two brothers, Gerald and Johnnie Lee Wade and granddaughter, Caitlin Wade.

Thomas leaves to cherish his fond memories, his children Tonya (Darrin) Williams of Harleyville, SC and Zachary Isiah Wade of the home, one dedicated brother, Jerome Wade of St. George, SC; two sisters-in law, Allicia Simmons and Florence Wilson of St. George, SC; three brothers-in-law; Willie E. Stokes and Joe P. (Nellie R.) Stokes both of St. George, SC and Eddie (Adrienne E.) Stokes of Walterboro, SC.; special grand nieces and nephews; Soporiadena (Poe) Wade, Acquinetta (Acky) Peppers, Evante Sheneice (Bootsie) Peppers, Jasmine (Jaz) Wade & Antonio (Tony) Wade; a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
