Mr. Terrence (Terry) Stanislaus Forde was born on June 10, 1949 in Georgetown Guyana to Barbara and Reynold Forde. He attended and graduated from Guyana Anglo Vedic College. Terry was called to eternal rest on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital.

He loved reading as a child and continued doing so as an adult. He was in love with technology and was up to date with the latest gadgets and their functions. He retired from Lieber Correctional Institute in 2016.

He was a loving and caring Husband, Father and Brother. Cherishing his memories, Terry leaves behind his wife of thirty years, Sylvia Forde; brother, Glenn Forde; two sons and three daughters: Terrence Forde Jr., Cortland Forde, Luana Liverpool, Carlotta Forde, Michelle Forde;  three stepchildren: Shelby Pryor, Ericka Williams and Bobby Williams, Jr. ; eighteen grandchildren: Anthonia Forde, Rennic  Liverpool, Tiffany Liverpool, Devon Forde, Kevon Forde, Calyssa Forde, NyHeem Purvis, Knight Purvis, Husain McFadden, Jr.,  Shané McFadden, Vinny Forde, Heaven Luthers, Rocky Luthers, III, Barack Luthers,  Corey Forde, Justin Davis, Dillon Forde, and Lauren Forde; seven great-grandchildren: Milan McBean, Amaya Forde, Alayah McFadden, Jasani McFadden, Ke'Air McFadden, Husain McFadden, III and Amari McFadden; one sister-in-law, Pamela Forde; a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
