Rosetta Kitt was born September 2, 1948 to the late Isaiah Glover, Jr. and Onnie Mae Jennings Glover.  She transitioned on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Colleton Medical Center after an extended illness.

Rosetta was educated in the Public Schools in Dorchester County.  She moved to New York and was employed at a Candy Factory in Brooklyn, New York.

Rosetta was a lifelong member of Jerusalem Baptist Church.  She was a member of the Missionary Ministry and a Youth Advisor.

Her Passion was working with her flowers.

She was preceded in death by two children, Van and Mary; two sisters, Evangelist Sandra Bryant and Virginia Adams; one brother, John Henry Glover.

Rosetta leaves to cherish her fond memories three daughters, Contina (Alfred) Glover Roach of Ridgeville, South Carolina, Tamika Kitt (Chris) and Chrissy Kitt (Cory); two sons, McGary Glover and Jarmal Kitt; ten grandchildren, Kameshia Brown (Dejuan Brown), Shawn Kitt, Akeem Kitt, Dewayne Kitt, Veronica Dixon (LaQuell Dixon), Vantasia Glover, Alashia Washington, Aleshia Washington, Dayvion Brown and Kameko Kitt; thirty four great grandchildren; one sister, Johnnie Mae Peppers; one son-in-law, Rodney Roach; a special friend, Willie Mae Utsey; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great provider.
