Obituary

Ronald grew up in the St. George, South Carolina.  At an early age he attended St. Mark United Methodist Church.  He enjoyed watching basketball and LaBron James was his favorite player.  Ronald was great at a lot of things but he put his heart into his work as a handyman.

Ronald attended St. George High School and Dorchester County Career and Technology Center where he studied brick masonry and graduated with the class of 1992.  His most recent place of employment was Piggly Wiggly of St. George.

Ronald was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Carson, grandparents, Cecil (Mary) Martino, and step brother, Alex Robinson.

He leaves to cherish his mother, Jestine Robinson of the home; his children, Kiersten Martino of St. George, SC and Christopher Martino of Charleston, SC; his siblings, Oscar Edwards (Barbara Elmore) of St. George, SC,  Lurene Kelly of St. George, SC,  Ada (Eddie) Berry of Orangeburg, SC, Shawn (Doug) Calvin  of St. George, SC, Lededra Carson (Henry Summers) of Bowman, SC, Kyle Martino (Margret Bright) of Walterboro, Blanchtina Davis of Dorchester, SC, and Jeremy Robinson (Amber) of the home; his step siblings, Ladrena Grayson of Atlanta, GA, Stephanie Brooks (Reginald) of Orlando FL, Shannon Robinson of FL, Isiah Robinson of FL;   his nieces and nephews Sierra Kelly, Tavarious Berry, Torrey Elliot, Torrian Eliot, Anyla Morgan, Aubrey Pelzer, Harmony Summers, and Jaliyah Robinson; his aunts and uncles, Christine (Robert) Broomfield of Charleston, a special aunt, Earnestine (John) Felder of Bowman, Lauren Frazier of Reevesville, SC, Maggie (Lewis) Carn of Reevesville, SC, and Richard (Eartha) Carson of Reevesville, SC, a special uncle, Joe Martino, special cousins, Kevin Martino, Kartina White, and Varon Felder; two Godmothers, Debra Davis and Linda Moorer.  He also leaves to cherish a host of special cousins, other relatives and friends.
