Rev. Brian Keith Void was born to the late Mr. & Mrs. Dennis (Bernell) Void in Bowman, South Carolina on February 1, 1961. He transitioned into eternal rest on March 28, 2023.

Keith was educated in the public schools in Bowman, SC and he graduated in 1979 from Bowman High School. Keith was employed with Dorchester School District Four for many years as a school bus driver, substitute teacher, basketball coach and a youth advocate for the community. He furthered his education at Brewton Parker College and enlisted in United States Army for a short period of time. Keith was employed at Berkley Citizens Board of Disability at the time of his death.

Keith loved to sing and was a people's person. Everyone that encountered Keith, knew that he would give encouraging words and make you laugh. Keith was a man of God and wasn't afraid to praise God at any time or anywhere.

Keith was a faithful member at Antioch Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge Pride of the East #178. He was a founding member of the Upper Dorchester Mass Choir. He enjoyed watching Jerry Springer, eating at his favorite restaurant "China Town," spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved driving and being loved by his clients that he worked with and just being an all-round funny person.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Mr. Dennis Void and Mrs. Bernell Gaines Void, and brother Micheal Void.

Keith leaves to cherish loving memories his wife of the home Wanda Void, three children: Gwendolyn (Chris) Williams of St. George, SC, Bakethia (James) Young of Summerville, SC, and Terrell (Cornelia) Mack of Baxley, GA; eight grandchildren: Airionnia Mack, Ahmari Void, Trinity Austin, Christopher Williams Jr, Al-Casio Teel Jr, Payton Young, Kamry Copeland, and Kaden Mack: four great-grandchildren: Royalty Saxon, Kingston Maxwell, Kali James, and Kalyn Davis. He also leaves behind eight siblings: Sallie (Curtis) Jones of Orangeburg, SC, Teresa (Otis) Boyd of Rowesville, SC, Joyce Glen of Bowman, SC, Laura Fogle of Orangeburg, SC, Bobby (Louvenia) Void of Manhattan, NY, Lavern (Velma) of Bronx, NY, Carl (Tonya) Void of Kissimmee, FL, Minister Tyrone Wendell Void, Sr of Orangeburg, SC. He leaves behind six brothers-in-law: Peter (Pauline) Mack of Orangeburg, SC, Earnest (Colleen) Mack, Jr of Covington Georgia, Al-Cee (Niecy) Mack of Jersey City, NJ, Bennie (Debra) Mack of Stone Mountain Georgia, Keith Mack of Philadelphia, and John Henry Mack of St. George, SC. Two sisters-in-law: Clara Mae Mack of Jersey City, NJ, and Ethel Washington of St. George, SC. Four special godchildren: Justin Smith, Liberty Rodd, Shamika Mack, and Tamika Mack. A friend Brenda Addison and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
