Obituary

Prophetess Bisceglia Gilliard graced this world on November 18,1980 to the late Harold Green Jr. and Vivian Green. From the moment she entered this world she began to immediately transform lives by the power and love of God. For, truly indeed she was the light of this world and the salt of the earth while being a house that sat on top of a hill. It doesn't matter how close or far you are from Prophetess Bisceglia Gilliard you would always be able to know that she is a precious gift from God.

Bisceglia was one that always captured the moment for she lived for today and gave all in that day. She lived life to the fullest while always being unselfish and loving to everyone. For her qualities are truly unmatched. Prophetess Bisceglia Gilliard knew that she was one of a kind no matter what season of life or who she was among. Bisceglia understood, Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works: and that my soul liveth right well. She was able to help heal and encourage many through her gifts from God. Nothing stopped her from living and doing her best by God's grace for everyone. She lived on this earth knowing she is part and one with God's divine nature. 2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Bisceglia was a beautiful, beautiful woman with an amazing soul of love. Wherever she went she brought forth light and comfort for whomever may be in that space would be touched. She brought peace, happiness, and love into the room whether it was from her beauty, from her smile, from her warm personality, from her words of life or just from her presence. She is a spiritual and natural scholar that never stopped learning and growing while fulfilling her roles as a wife, mother, believer, prophetess of God, business owner, and many more roles with excellence.

Bisceglia graduated from St George High School Class of 1999. Bisceglia became a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and co-founder of I AM THAT I AM MINISTRIES with her husband Apostle Demar Gilliard. These are some of Bisceglia's other great accomplishments: In 2002 Bisceglia created Mrs. B's daycare center where she provided care for all children and the children with special needs were called Mrs. B's little angels; Bisceglia further her education in childcare with completing her first degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College in Early Childhood with a concentration in Child Care administrations in 2010; in 2015 she received her bachelor degree from Claflin University in Sociology/Criminal Justice Administration; 2018 she completed and received her master of science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in public administration; 2020 she cocreated D&B Gilliard's Farm; as she made preparation to begin her counseling doctrine program at Liberty University for January 2026. In all her schooling Bisceglia remained a life long student and daughter of God the great I AM the father of Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior.

Bisceglia and Demar met in the summer of 1996 at her cheerleading camp at St George High School. From that moment they began to learn from and with each other and grow together. Bisceglia's radiant personality made everyone feel welcome to talk with her. She never hid the love that God gave her for she would give volume to the voices that were silenced through the trials of life. She gave and shared her light to pathways of many that had none. The word impossible was not in her. For truly she triumphed over every test 1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Bisceglia and Demar merged together as one in the union of marriage on August 28, 1998. With this merging union as one together gave birth to three children Cierra Monea Gilliard, Demar Devonte' Gilliard Jr, Hannah Rebekah Gilliard (my princess). Bisceglia took great honor in her role as a wife to her husband who she faithfully loved and took care of no matter what. For they were very loving to each other.

Bisceglia knew a secret and she lived in it Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With man this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Bisceglia, poured her love, wisdom, courage and strength, into her children faithfully. Bisceglia did not just teach them by word for she did it by action too. Bisceglia showed her children that every goal is achievable in life; the only ones you can't achieve are the ones you don't presume wholeheartedly. For Prophetess Bisceglia Gilliard knew, understood and lived in: Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. Bisceglia lived in order and structure; it's the little things that she did that made her love shine bright. Not only will her presence, guidance, protection, love, and selflessness be missed but also her voice of love and understanding. Bisceglia surrounded her family with a quote of power, honor and love "GILLIARD FOR LIFE CREW" with her husband and children knowing that God's truth, word, love, mercy, grace and kingdom rule their lives.

Bisceglia was preceded in death by her grandparents Evelyn Syphrett, Abraham Davis, Beatrice Green, and Harold Green Sr; Her parents, Vivian Green and Harold Green; mother-in-law Mildred James Moss and brother-in-law Joey Gordon.
