Our beloved Pauline Carson the fifth of 6 children born August 1, 1945 to the late Artimus and Frances Carson departed this life May 15, 2012. Pauline was educated in Dorchester County.
She moved to New York in her late teens and returned to St. George in 1995 to care for her mother.
Pauline joined St. Mark Baptist church at an early age. Upon her return to St. George she continued her fellowship with St. Mark Baptist Church. She was employed by Saint Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church for twenty three years.
Pauline was a caregiver to her family and anyone in the community who needed help. She was an excellent cook, loved entertaining and traveling. Pauline was very outspoken and always had a smile. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Pauline was preceded in death by two brothers, Willie Jay and John Henry Carson.
