Paulette Primus Dillard was born September 29, 1960 in Brooklyn, New York to the late David and Ruby Primus. At a young age she and her family moved to St. George, SC, where she graduated from St. George High School in 1979. Paulette was a million dollar cook at the Waffle House for over thirty years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.
Paulette was a member of Voice of God Worship Center in Bowman, South Carolina. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved to travel and did it all with the brightest smile on her face.
On April 6, 2025, Paulette went to join her loving parents and brother, Harold Primus.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories, six children, Rondell Dillard, David Dillard (Mary), Nykechia Dillard (Tu'Baris), Shalintea Elmore, Staquan Elmore (Markia) and Paul Elmore; fourteen grandchildren, Omarion Dillard, Nadia Dillard, Daylon Smalls, David Dillard, Jr., Kyrie Dillard, Tyrie Dillard, Damari Dillard, Jayce Palmer, De'Vone Cobbs, Tu'Baris Lary, Jr., Zakiya Lary, Markenzie Elmore, Keon Dent and Nirie Dent; two great grandchildren; one brother, Pastor Wayne Primus (Carolyn-deceased); one sister, Harriet Primus (Herbert-deceased); special friend, James (Jill) Butler; aunts; uncles; a host of other relatives and friends.
