Mrs. Nancy Joe Williams Philips, the daughter of Gloria Garvin and the late James Williams was born July 3, 1972.  She departed this life on July 19, 2019 after an extended illness.

She attended Branchville High School, the class of 1991.  She was known for her beautiful smile and sassy but classy attitude, but if she called you a "friend" you were a friend forever.  Nancy's love for her family was shown through her genuine concern for their well-being by always being there for them.  Nancy took great pleasure in being a Mother and a Wife that was her passion to always make them happy.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Eric Deron Phillips; one son, Trevor Desmond Delevon Williams both of the home; mother, Gloria (Maurice) Garvin of Rowesville, SC; six sisters, one preceded her in death, Shirley Ann Williams, Lori (Patrick) Seabrooks of Branchville, SC, Lutricia (Christopher) Livingston of Neese, SC, Jennifer (Will) Williams and Anjeanette (Jarrod) Kimbler both of Moncks Corner, SC, and Gwen (Austin) Williams of Branchville, SC; six brothers, James (Birdie) Williams of Orangeburg, SC, Daniel (Julia) Williams and Anthony Williams both of Bowman, SC, David (Bridget) Williams of Orangeburg, SC and Daniel (Eunice) Pepper of Columbia, SC; mother-in-law, Linda (David) Phillips; father-in-law, Eric Phillips, Sr.; two brothers-in-law, Steven (Arshonya) and Eric Phillips, Jr; one sister-in-law, Michelle Phillips; three stepchildren, Erica Green, Tresjon Green and Tamya Phillips; one very special godson, Jamal Antonio Williams; one uncle, George Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and friends.
