Michael Edwards, was chosen by GOD on February 14, 2026 at the age of 63 to be apart of HIS garden. He was born on April 5, 1962 to the late James David Edwards and Anna Bell Edwards.

Michael graduated from Harleyville-Ridgeville High School in 1980 and went on to pursue his college career at Denmark Technical College. After finishing college, he went to work for the Savannah River Plant for some years. While working there, he picked up his own trade of painting. Once he became efficient with his painting skills, M&E Painting was born.

Painting became the love of his life and there wasn't a job that he couldn't handle. It even became a brotherly thing with his brothers, Roger, Morris, and Kary. Besides painting, in his free time he enjoyed many things like spending time with family, cooking on the grill, going to eat at Golden Corral, and watching wrestling and westerns.

Michael was predeceased by his father, James David Edwards; his mother, Anna Bell Young Edwards; his sisters, Dorothy Keels and Emma Daniel; and his brothers, Morris Edwards and Andrew Simon.

He leaves behind cherished memories with his four children, Nishika Edwards, LaTonyai Edwards, Michael Edwards, and Kennedi Manor; his only grandson, Kamori Edwards, who would call him "Big Boy"; five sisters, Daisy Butler, Priscilla Edwards, Deloris Harris, Ida Reid, and Josephine Johnson; four brothers, Kary Edwards, Roger Edwards, Eddie Mack, and Freddie Mack; best friend Matthew Elmore; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
