On June 30th around 8:15 pm the Lord called his son to be with him. He met his father, mother and siblings with a smile as he walked up to meet them.

He was the sixth child born to Kingman and Eula Mae DeLee Cusack on January 3,1950. He became a life-long member of Morris Chapel United Methodist Church at an early age and remain active until his earthly departure.

Luhaze was a 1968 graduate of Jenkins Hill High School.  He also attended Denmark Technical School. He was employed by Westvaco Paper Mill for twenty-seven years until retiring for health reasons.  He met everyone with a smile and was always generous.  He made himself available and was always dependable to his family.  He was known throughout the area as the "Peanut Man" because of his special niche for boiling and selling peanuts.  He loved selling peanuts but let's not forget his love for cars.

Luhaze was joined in holy matrimony to Arlethia Lemon on February 21, 1998.  They had a special twenty-five year relationship.  They enjoyed their time together.  They traveled the world together going places in and out of the United States.  He had almost checked all places off his bucket list except for South Africa.  That was the next place he wanted to go.  He was an adventurous person who was willing to travel near and far.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and three siblings, Rufus and Reginald Cusack and Patricia Britt.

His memory will be cherished by his wife, Arlethia; his son, Jermaine Cusack; grandson, Jameer Cusack; one brother, Willie Joe Cusack, six sisters, Betty Singletary, Ollie Smith, Gerona Anderson, Clara (Michael) Riley, Jackie Simon, and Caroline Cusack; two aunts, Willie Lee Cusack and Hattie Cusack; numerous brothers- in-law, sisters-

in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He also had one special friend/brother, Johnny L. Mosley.
