Lindon Dacus was born in South Carolina to the late Peter Dacus and Kersey Anderson Dacus on July 12, 1952.

He attended primary school in Dorchester, South Carolina.  He also attended a special needs school in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Lindon was a loving person that always kept a smile on his face.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Dacus, Sampson Dacus, Freddie Dacus and John Dacus.

He leaves to cherish his memories:  his sisters, Rosa Dacus Footman, Dorell Dacus Ferguson and Kersey Dacus Hamilton; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
