Lillie Ruth Nelson was born January 2, 1949 in Branchville, South Carolina.  She was the daughter of the late Vivian Gant and the late David Williams.  She lived in Reevesville, South Carolina most of her life.  Lillie was called home on September 2, 2020.

Lillie was a very loving person who would open her home to anyone.  She took care of the elderly.

Lillie was married to the late Johnny Nelson.

Lillie was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Williams and brothers, James Williams and David Williams.

Lillie leaves precious memories to her daughter, Georgia Mae Perry, six grandchildren, Marie Williams, George Perry (Loretta), Lance Perry, Angela Perry, Dennis Perry, and Vivian Perry; twenty five great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
