Lillian Myers Durant entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at her sister's residence. She was born in Dorchester County, South Carolina on February 10, 1951 to the late Hampton Myers and Annie Lee Wilson Myers.

She was a 1970 graduate of Jenkins Hill School.

She was united in holy matrimony to the late Richard Durant.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Hampton Myers, Jr.

She leaves to cherish sweet memories: her sons, Allen (Lottie) Durant of Harleyville, SC and Kevin Durant of Charleston, SC; four sisters, Adell Gelzer of York, PA, Elizabeth Perry and Willie Mae Johnson both of Harleyville, SC and Verna (Fred) Jones of St. George, SC; six grandchildren, Shawntiyona Durant of Sanagree, SC, Drucilla Creel, Gabriella Creel, Elizabeth Durant, Alaysia Durant and Allen Durant, Jr. all of Harleyville, SC; two great grands, Damon Riley and Khamani Creel; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
