Mother Lillian E. Bryant, daughter of the late Harriet Reeves and Jake Williams was born August 24, 1930.
At an early age, Mother Lillian became a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church. She was a loyal and faithful member. She attended Dorchester County Schools.
Mother Lillian married Dan Berry; this union was blessed with four children. He preceded her in death. Mother Lillian moved to Brooklyn, NY and became a seamstress.
In the early 60's Mother Lillian married James Bryant; this union was blessed with one daughter.
Mother Lillian moved back to South Carolina in the 2000's.
Mother Lillian was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
She leaves to celebrate her life and glorify God for her transition to a new and better kingdom with fond memories forever to be cherished by her five children: Gloria (Russell) Ward, Harriet (Charles) Perkins, Anthony (Roberta) Berry all of Brooklyn, NY, Sherrhonda (Steven) Daniels and Sherrhonda (Anthony) Perrin; 16 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; a favorite niece, Lillie Robertson; a favorite nephew, Charles Williams; two sisters-in-law, Annie Bell Berry of Mims, FL and Helen Bryant of Orangeburg, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
