Leon Alphonso  Williams 63 yrs old was called home to be at rest on  February 18, 2026. Leon was residing in Harleyville, SC. He was born and raised in York, PA. The son of the  late Robert Lee and Ernestine Williams.

Leon attended the York City School District. He was self-employed doing various handy jobs and construction. Lee loved to sing, cook, take care of his elder cousins and could clean like nobody's business.

At an early age  Lee was baptized and joined Friendship Baptist Church in York, PA.  Lee had a gift of listening to music over and over and then sitting at the organ and playing by ear.  His favorite gospel singers at that time were James Cleveland and The Mississippi Choir.

Lee was preceded in death by his 2 brothers, Jerome and Jakie Williams and a sister Lois Jean Williams; two nephews, Dion and Daquan Williams; his paternal grandparents; and his maternal grandparents.

Leon, better known as "Lee Lee" leaves behind three sons, Leon A Williams Jr, Petersburg, VA, De"Monki A Lee and RaKwon A  Lee Williams  of York, PA;  his sister Sonya Register (Ronnie) of Summerville, SC; three brothers David, Barry and Gerald Williams  all of York, PA;  seven grandsons; one granddaughter; two Aunts, Beatrice Ramsey (Bob) of York, PA and Clara Rivers (Curtis) of Dorchester, SC; three uncles Leon Williams of Salters, SC, Eddie Williams (Mary) and James Gelzer of York, PA; a host of nieces; nephews who he loved dearly; great-nieces; great-nephews; one great-great niece; three great great nephews; a huge village of cousins who all played a special part in his life.

At the time of Lee Lee's death he was packed and looked forward to going back to VA with his son and enjoying his grandsons. Lee Lee will definitely be missed.
