LaSunjaa Kwaanee Yvonne Lemon, daughter of the late Esther Harrison Lemon and John Lemon was born June 30, 1978.  Sunjaa departed this life on March 19, 2024, in Saint George, SC, at the age of 45.

Sunjaa was a member of Bethel AME Church.

Sunjaa attended Orangeburg Wilkerson High School, graduating in 1996, and later pursued a Pharmacy Tech degree at Orangeburg Calhoun Technical College. She worked as a Pharmacy Tech at CVS. Sunjaa was a beautiful person whose presence brought joy to all those around her. She had a way of making people smile and feel loved, always parting with an "I LOVE YOU" whenever she saw family and friends. Sunjaa also loved to travel you mention a trip to her she would say "Let's ride". It did not matter where or when she was ready.

Sunjaa was preceded in death by her parents and sister, LaDeidre Lemon Smith.

Sunjaa is survived by her four children: Amasia Robinson of Holly Hill, SC, Kyheim Lemon, Jamere Lemon, and Bryson Lemon, all of Saint George, SC. She is also survived by her sister, LaToyaa Brown; one brother-in-law, Richard Smith; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sunjaa will be dearly missed by all who knew her, especially her Special Friend Julia Mae Duggins. May she rest in peace.
