Mr. Larry Williams, son of the late Mrs. Elizabeth Bell Collier and the late Mr. Jimmie Williams, Sr., departed this life on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the St. George Health Care Center in St. George, South Carolina.  He was born in Dorchester County, South Carolina December 6, 1940.

Larry attended the Dorchester County Public Schools where he graduated from Williams Memorial High School in 1961.

Larry became a loyal and dedicated member of the Good Hope Baptist Church at an early age and was installed as a trustee under the leadership of the late Dr. S.B. Marshall. He served faithfully until his health began to decline.

He was a member of Circle # 1 under the leadership of Deaconess Ollie Bingley.

Members of his family who are blessed in a most special way are: two sons, Mr. Larry Bernard Williams of Hyattsville, MD and Mr. Marcus Williams of Bowie, MD; two grandsons, Mr. Malcom Williams of Silver Spring, MD and Mr. Nicholas Williams of Bowie, MD; one nephew, Mr. James Darren Williams of Bronx, NY; four nieces, Mrs. Jeanette (Deacon Ellard Vincent) Britt of St. George, SC, Ms. Jacqueline Williams of Laurel, MD, Ms. Vanessa Stewart of Orangeburg, SC and Ms. Jasmine Williams of St. George, SC; three grandnieces, Mrs. Tiffany (Terrence) Hopkins of St. George, SC, Ms. Kacy Britt of St. George, SC,  and Ms. Tiarva Burke of Macon, GA;  one grandnephew, Mr. Justin Williams of Petersburg, VA; two great grandnephews, Mister Jaylan Hopkins and Mister Jerell Hopkins both of St. George, SC; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
