Laquisha "Squeak" Britt was born on July 11, 1980, at MUSC in Charleston, SC to the late Thomas "Mickey" Green and Lizzie Green. Laquisha was called home to be with the Lord on February 20, 2025.

Laquisha graduated from Saint George High School in 1999. At an early age, she joined Jericho Baptist Church in Reevesville, SC. Laquisha was formerly employed at Taco Bell and Waffle House, she worked both those jobs for a few years. She was also employed at Bellmont Luxury Home, where she worked as a Personal Care Aid for 18 years, and she did so until her health began to decline.

Laquisha was preceded in death by her dad, Thomas "Mickey" Green; her brother DiMickie "Boogie" Green; her grandparents, John W. Britt and Irene Britt, Harold and Beatrice Green; Five uncles, Henry Clay Britt, Johnny Britt, Harold Green, Larry Green, Johnny Lee Green; Four Aunts, Jessie Ruth Rivers, Harriet Green, Lizzie Mae Green, and Annie Reeves.

Laquisha leaves to cherish her loving memories: her mother, Lizzie Green of Saint George, SC; seven aunts, Irene (Alfred) Ross, Willa Britt, Linda Campbell, Ida Dacus and Gloria Shuler of St. George, SC, Christine (David) Syphrett and Villa Britt of Reevesville, SC; three uncles, Robert (Lashawna) Britt, Frank Goodwin of St. George, SC and Willie James Britt of Augusta, GA; two great aunts, Nancy Rasberry and Emma Rhett of Columbia, SC; her friends, Victoria Boyd, LaToya Perry, Lanesha Green, Howishia McFadden, Shanndolyn James, Brenda Mays, Violetta Pooser, Tye Cusack, Angie Martino, Shakea Allen and Patricia Reeves; her god children, Craitija, Kendrick, Askari, Jaquelle, Shawan, Julian, Shamya and Raegan; special cousins, Marshea Green, Jereyeah Dacus, Saige Williams, Londyn Britt, Averi Dacus and Melani Green, a special friend, Allen Mays; and a host of other relatives and friends.
