Mr. Kenneth (Sheba) Street was born on March 24, 1947 in Dorchester County, St. George, South Carolina to the late Leon and Jannie Winningham Street.

He attended Dorchester County Public Schools. He joined Bethel AME Church at an early age, where he served for many years.

Upon moving to New York to obtain employment there he met and was joined in holy matrimony to Minnie Allen Street. He worked at I Deal Manufacturing in Brooklyn, New York.

Upon relocating to St. George, SC, he was known as the gardener of the community, always had enough to give and share with others. He had a loving passion for helping people along the way. He was summoned by God's Heavenly Angels on Thursday, September 29, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Leon and Jannie Lee Street; two brothers, Michael and Morris Street; one sister, Jeane Street.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, his wife, Minnie Allen Street of New York; two sons, Kenneth (Jonea) Street of New York and David (Angela) Street of Duval, Florida; six grandchildren; two sisters, Dolores Doctor Street of Ridgeville, SC and Evelyn Walters of Brooklyn, NY; two brothers , Willie Street and Ricky Pringle both of St. George, SC; one aunt, Anease Washington of Brooklyn, NY; a special friend, Renee Price and family; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
