Juanita Bell Reid entered into eternal rest Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Juanita was born November 26, 1946 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Bell. She was the oldest of three siblings and lived all of her life in the Low Country.

Juanita was a strong hardworking single mother who raised her children well. She was well known in her community for giving sound advice to others and loving on her grandchildren.

Juanita was predeceased by her sister, Jeanie Adams, brothers, Frank Bell "JR" and Ronald Bell, and granddaughter, Jasmine Reid.

Juanita is survived by her children; Julius Reid (Tammy), Alonzo Reid, Keith Reid (Constance), Karen Reid, and Ronald Reid (Jennifer); grandchildren, Tyronne, Rockem, Cherie, Tawanna, Alonzo Jr, Najae, Alondrea, DeOshanae, Caleb, Karsten, Kimberly, Chris, Ashley, Cameron, Alexis, and Austin; along with several great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
