Joseph Wamer departed this life on Sunday, July 16, 2017 in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.

Joseph was December 9, 1978 in Charleston, South Carolina to Johnny C. and Ada Wamer. He was the youngest of five children. His oldest brother Johnny Calvin, Jr. preceded him in death.

Joseph joined St. Mark Baptist Church at an early age.

Joseph attended the Dorchester County Public School System. He was employed by several construction companies. Joseph was a dedicated employee for Landmark Construction and was promoted to supervisor.

Joseph leaves to cherish his memories: his loving parents, Johnny C. and Ada Wamer; one son, Joseph Robert Scott Wamer; a devoted friend, Wendy Whitehead; two brothers, Jeffery Wamer and Frederick Wamer, Sr.; one sister, Tabitha Wamer; three nieces, Jametria, Shanika and Amber; five nephews, Elliott (Shana), Jermaine, Nakeem, Frederick, Jr. and Jamar; four uncles, Eugene (Delphine) Wamer, Frank (Sharon) Wamer, Frankie (Donna) Spruill and Ricky Spruill; one great aunt, Anease Washington; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
