Obituary

Joseph (Bubboo) Lamar Clark, son of Mrs. Annie Lee Clark Bryant, was born on January 12, 1964 in St. George, SC. He departed this life on Friday, January 2, 2009, at Trident Medical Center, Charleston, South Carolina. He was educated in the Public Schools of Dorchester County.

Joseph was joined in holy matrimony to Debra Davis and moved to Columbia, South Carolina where he and his family resided for more than 15 years. While living in Columbia, he was employed by various construction companies. Five years ago, he returned to St. George, South Carolina and became a member of The House of God, Grover, South Carolina.

Joseph was fun to be around and enjoyed making people laugh. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.

His memories will be cherished by: his mother, Mrs. Annie Lee Clark Bryant of St. George, SC; his children, Shakeena T. Clark, Sharferrel A. Clark and Thomas L. Green all of Columbia, SC; one step-son, Willie C. Davis of Columbia, SC; one Godson, Je'Kysaun "Bubba" Lewis; his grandchildren, Madison, Kaitlyn and Myamee all of Columbia, SC; his sisters, Debbie (Tony) and Elizabeth 'Libby' both of St. George, SC, Peggy of Dorchester, SC and Regina (Curtis) of Pregnall, SC; his brothers, Herbert (Shanetta) of Lake City, SC, William Craig (Michelle) of Columbia, SC and Esau (Eyvette) of Charleston, SC; three aunts, Nancy Jo 'Alma' Williams and Ella Jeanette Smiley both of St. George, SC and Lillie Mae Clark of Charleston, SC; one uncle, Malachi Duggins, Jr. of St. George, SC; his very special and devoted friends, Skeeter and Tammy; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
