Johnnie Mae Riley was born on February 28, 1943 in the Reevesville Community of Dorchester County. She is the daughter of the late John Williams and Amanda Williams. She entered into eternal rest on August 14, 2021.

She attended public school in Dorchester County. She accepted Chris in her life. She worked as a housekeeper for many years until her health started to decline.

She enjoyed fishing, shopping, spending time with her family, playing cards with her grands, and sitting outside listening to gospel music.

The beloved memory of Johnnie Mae will be forever cherished by: her children, Eartha (Richard) Carson of St. George, SC and Thomasena (Henry) Seabrook of Columbia, SC; one sister: Clarie Ann Williams of Reevesville, SC; five grandchildren: Marion (Sandida) Kelley, Michelle (Kirt) Thompson, Tamika (Kendrick) Fordham, Diesirie Williams, and Henry Jones; nine grandchildren: Gamaree Britt, Marion Singletary, Jaylin Singletary,  Jayquan Kelley, Chance Green, Micah Thompson, Aliyah Thompson, Kennedy Fordham and  Kayden Kelley; a host of nieces and nephews, a very special great nephew Dauris Williams, other relatives and friends.
