Mr. John Henry Fogle, the son of the late Isaac Fogle and Victoria Glover Fogle.  He departed this life on August 3, 2020.

John H. Fogle was born on December 10, 1946.  He attended public school in Bowman, SC.  He worked at Emerald Lee Farm for many years.  He loved working in his garden planting his vegetables, especially peanuts.

He enjoyed singing on the male chorus.

John was preceded in death by his daughter, Reather Mae Fogle; two grandchildren, Miesha and Chazz Harrison; one great granddaughter, Madison Harrison; two brothers, Eisenhower and Sampson Fogle; two sisters, Ella Mae F. Dowling and Mary Frances Fogle.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Barbara Fogle; daughter, Victoria (Ale) Brown of St. George, SC; four sons, Lynn (Candice) Fogle of Bamberg, SC, Timothy Fogle of Harleyville, SC, John Henry Fogle, Jr. of Bowman, SC and David (Mary) Allen of Reevesville, SC; four sisters, Catherine Johnson and Elease (Henry) Simmons both of Bowman, SC, Jessie Mae Fogle and Betty Hameen both of Orangeburg, SC; one brother, Leroy Fogle of Bowman, SC; five sisters-in-law, Audrey Fogle of Bowman, SC, Lavern and Louise both of St. George, SC, Alice of Bowman, SC and Jeanette of St. Stephens, SC; three brothers-in-law, Thomas Dowling of Orangeburg, SC, Nathaniel Allen and Bethea Kelly of St. George, SC; one aunt, Gladys Keitt Fogle of Bowman, SC; a special friend, Elouise Clark of Santee, SC; thirty-nine grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren; step children, Willie (Carol) Butler, Henry Clark, Heyward Clark, Jr., Annie (Michael) Askew and Annette (Len) Anderson; two nephews reared in the home, Darrin and Bryan Allen; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
