Jerry Cobbs was born September 3, 1954 to the late Ira and Bernice Cobbs in Dorchester County, South Carolina.  Jerry entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 13, 2023.

Jerry was a graduate of St. George High School in St. George, South Carolina.

He was employed by John Deer Tractor Company.  Jerry retired in 2021.

Jerry was preceded in death by two siblings, Iris Carson and Clyde Cobbs.

Jerry leaves to cherish his fond memories, his siblings, Burnell (Mauda) Cobbs, Willie J. Cobbs and Barbara Cobbs all of St. George, South Carolina; a special friend, Mammie Moore; a sister-in-law, Denise Cobbs of Buffalo, New York; one brother-in-law, Nathaniel Carson of St. George, South Carolina; two aunts, Nell Jamison and Willie Mae Jamison; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
