Mr. James Louis "Buster" Neals was summoned by God's heavenly angels on Friday morning, January 16, 2015 at Trident Regional Hospital in Charleston, SC. James was born May 18, 1955 in Dorchester County to the late Lue Rhetta Neals and William Joseph Neals.

During his lifetime, he attended public schools in the Harleyville-Ridgeville community of Dorchester County and found employment with the County of Dorchester within the City of St. George.

He showed gratitude to Cathy Murray and Glenn Stevens. He was a grateful help to many others.

He leaves to cherish his many fond memories: his wife, Carol Neals of Rosinville, SC; a loving son, Derrick (Michelle M. Samuel) Werts of Mobile, AL; two sisters, Emmie Street and Beaula Shuler both of Rosinville, SC; two brothers, Joseph Neals, Jr. and Willie Lee Neals both of Rosinville, SC; six sisters-in-law of Dorchester County; two grandchildren, Patrice and Derrick Werts, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
