Harold (Billy) Stewart Kelly, a beloved son of the late Ed-
die and Bernice Stewart Kelly and grandson of the late Reverend
Daniel and Frances Stewart was born September 8, 1948 in
Reevesville, SC. God dispatched an angel to his bedside and took
him home. He peacefully entered into eternal rest after a very
brief illness at Trident Regional Medical Center on Monday,
October 5, 2015.

(Billy) worked for USCOA International, Kizer Building
Supply, Dorchester School District Four and Stevens Funeral
Home. (Billy) was a devoted brother and uncle. He would go the
extra mile to do whatever he could for those in need; whether they
were family, friends or neighbors. He was kind, gentle, generous,
thoughtful and exceptionally humorous.

(Billy) was preceded in death by three brothers James,
Clarence, Richard and one sister Effie all of New York.

(Billy) leaves to cherish precious memories: two brothers
Thaddis (Barbara) Kelly, St. George, SC and Eddie Kelly Jr.,
Branchville, SC; two very special nieces Lisa and Carol Michele
Kelly, St. George, SC; three very special grand-nephews Brandon
Weiters, Aaron McPherson and Nicholas Berry, St. George, SC;
two very special great-grand nieces Aaliyanah Weiters and Ahyari
McPherson, St. George, SC and two very special great-grand
nephews Armonta McPherson and Arzavion McPherson, St.
George, SC and a host of other loved ones, nieces, nephews, cous-
ins and friends.
