Harold Hopkins, he answered God's call into eternal peace and rest on January 26, 2016.

Harold Hopkins was born July 25, 1944 in Dorchester County, South Carolina the son of the late Mose Hopkins Jr. and Corinne Hopkins. He was educated in the public schools of Dorchester County.

Harold was united in holy matrimony to the love of his life for forty-eight years, Nancy Lee Riley Hopkins and this union was blessed with four beautiful and loving children.

After marriage he moved to Brooklyn, New York and worked for Tri'state Trucking Company.

He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Hopkins and brother, Nathaniel Hopkins.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving children, two devoted daughters, Michelle Hopkins of Brooklyn, NY and Tameca Hopkins of Philadelphia, PA; two dedicated sons, Derrick Hopkins of Hattiesburg, MS and Harold Hopkins, Jr. of Brooklyn, NY; one daughter-in-law, Ann M. Hopkins; one son-in-law, Robert King; loving granddaughters, Tiffany, Derricka, Miracle, Sylvia and Lashay; loving grandsons, Stanley, Rodrigo, Dexter, Derrick, Devonte, Shadell, Jeremy, Duran, Sharrod, Gharrod and Unique; great grands, Rhianna, Amare, Giovanni, Ava, Ann, Allana, Scotland and one on the way; four loving sisters, Freddie Mae Smith (Frank) of Detroit, Michigan, Annette Mckola of Bronx, New York, Mary Hopkins of Detroit, Michigan and Phobe Devoughn (Louis) of Georgia; one brother, William (Lisa) of Tampa Florida; three sisters-in-law, Daisy Green, Rosetta Cobbs and Louise Kelly; five brothers-in-law, James David Riley, Samuel Riley, Clarence Riley, Kelvin Riley and Joseph Riley; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
