Obituary

Mr. Harold Leon Holman, affectionately known as "Boobah" was summoned by God's heavenly angels on Monday, September 14, 2020.  He was born on August 7, 1957, the baby boy to the late James and Martha Williams Holman.

"Boobah" was a member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church and an associate member at Miracle Faith Temple United Church of God.

"Boobah" had a great love for his siblings, nieces and nephews.  He will truly be missed by all those he loved and those who loved him. Surely God has granted the soul of Harold Leon Holman eternal rest.

Those who preceded him in death and awaited the Grand Family Reunion were his parents, James, Sr. & Martha Holman; brother, Charles Allen Holman.

"Boobah" leaves to cherish his legacy and forever be remembered by....His Loving and Devoted Siblings;  his three sisters, Mrs. Willie Mae Polly (Ulysses) of Bowie, MD, Mrs. Martha Brown of the home, and Mrs. Vivian (Robert) Gilliard of St. George, SC; his five brothers, Mr. James Holman, Jr. of Washington DC, Mr. McCray Holman of Orangeburg, SC, Mr. Herman (Harriett) Holman of St. George, SC, John Clay Holman of Jersey City, NJ, and Vernon (Cindy) Holman of St. George, SC; his special nephews, James Holman, Jr., Richard Holman, Standish Holman, Elijah Johnson "Booboo" and Datrell Johnson;  his nieces, Patsy H. Gardner, Michelle Myers, Alisha Holman, and Mariam Brown along with Dereon Z. Robinson who he affectionately called," the baby" ; aunts,  Mrs. Louise Summers of New York, Mrs. Mildred Goodwin (God-Mother) of St. George, SC, Mrs. Helen (Billy) Jamison of Knoxville, TN,  Minnie L. (Margin) Breaker of Bowman, SC, Elease Williams and Pearlie Williams both of St. George, SC; a brother-in-law, Joseph Brown of St George, SC; God-Sister, Betty Goodwin-Pepper; a special friend, Gwendolyn Bonaparte; a host of nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
