Mrs. Gwendolyn Cusack, born September 9, 1955, to the late Blanch (Bingley) and Freddie Utsey, was also preceded by three siblings, Robin Utsey, Dawayne Utsey, and Cynthina Utsey. She departed this life on October 13, 2019, after an extended illness.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her seven kids, Jermaine Cusack of Chambersburg, PA, Tiwanica Cusack (Johnnie), Breyron Cusack, Kimel Williams, Nashelle Cusack, and Dashaun Utsey, all of St. George, SC, and Eboni (Nathaniel) Cusack Simmons of Smoaks, SC; an important stepchild, Lashanda Matthews; one sister, Tamara Utsey; three brothers, Freddie Utsey and Kirk Utsey of St. George, and Jarvis (Margette) Utsey of Greenville, SC; and a very special friend, Larry Mosley.
