Mr. Gregory Jamison, the son of the late AZE Jamison and Rosa Mae Jamison was born in Dorchester County in the Grover Community on August 10, 1962. He departed this life on July 8, 2012.

He joined the Jerusalem Baptist Church at an early age and sang on the youth choir. He attended St. George Public School System in Dorchester County. He also attended Blanton's Junior College in 1990 for truck driving. As a result he was employed by Cooper and Swift Trucking and many others. He traveled the road for many years. He was also employed by Signature Homes in St. George.

Gregory was preceded in death by one sister Mrs. Adline Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Rosa Mae Jamison; one son, Jarrod (Tamara) Larkins of Alpharetta, GA.; one daughter, Angela Martino of St. George, SC; one grandson, Jameer Cusack of St. George, SC; six sisters, Rozena Jamison, Mary Ann (Theodore) Britt, Sandra Jamison, Vickie (Leroy) Heyward and Vanessa Williams all of St. George, SC and Louverne (Robert Lee) Britt of Summerville, SC; four brothers, Samuel (Shirley) Jamison of Atlanta, GA, Joe Edward (Patricia) Jamison and Anthony Jamison of St. George, SC and Gentry (Blondell) Jamison of Summerville, SC; seven aunts, two uncles; a very close friend, Joe Louis Utsey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He also loved his dogs Pretty and Tickle.
