Gloria Jean Cobbs departed this life on April 6, 2019 at the Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta, GA.  Gloria Cobbs was born April 15, 1963 in Dorchester County.  She was the daughter of the late Ezekiel Frederick and the late Annie Rell Bryant both of Reevesville, South Carolina.

Gloria was a member of Mt. Moriah Holiness Church.  She attended the public schools of St. George, South Carolina.

Gloria was joined in marriage to Johnnie Lee Cobbs.  To this union four children were born.

Gloria was a loving mother and grandmother.

Gloria loved to travel and play bingo.  She was a great friend and a wonderful person to be around.

Gloria worked as a food supervisor at the Franklin County Prison for many years until her health failed.

She leaves to mourn:  four sons, Damon Bryant (Alana Clark), Johnnie Cobbs (Twanica Cusack), Dewayne Cobbs, and Travis Cobbs (Samantha Baker); one daughter, Monita Fairley (Kenderick Robinson); six sisters, Montez Stevens and Barbara Mack (preceded her in death), Wonder (Joseph) Warren of Reevesville, SC, Dianne (Rick) Joyner, Daisy (Jean) Louis and Annie Sue Frederick all of Chambersburg, PA; fourteen grandkids; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
