Mr. Frank White Jr. (Morris Williams) AKA Buddy the son of the late Sallie Mae Williams and the Late Frank White, was born on April 15, 1941, in Reevesville, SC.  On the morning of Friday, May 2, 2025, he transitioned to his heavenly home with his loving family by his bedside, while listening to the song "Heavy Load".

Frank was educated at Reevesville Elementary and Williams Memorial High School. He was also employed with GE for 10 years. Then he was employed for Dorchester County Public Works for 18 years, where he retired. He was a lifetime member of the Oak Villa Lodge #8, 32 degrees, he oversaw community outreach.

He was reared by his Aunt Rosa Williams in a community called Cow Tail located in Reevesville, SC. He attended Greenville UMC as a child through adulthood. He served in many capacities, the choir, Sunday school superintendent, trustee board, finance & etc. He used his gift of playing the lead guitar for many years and learned how to play the organ. He was a member of the singing group called the Carolina Dixieaers for 8 years. Frank served on the Merger Committee for Greenville UMC throughout the merger to become New Grace UMC.  He has continued serving in the church at New Grace as a musician, trustee, Sunday school superintendent, Merger Committee, Watch Night Committee, and etc. He believed in passing the torch to the next generation to keep the flame burning.

In 1967 he married his beautiful sweetheart Barbara A. Lemon and to this union three wonderful children were born.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories his wife Barbara A. White of the home; three daughters Vickie Carson (late James Carson III), of Reevesville, SC, Natasha White of St. George SC, and Dana White of Charleston, SC; three sisters-in-law, Marvie Brown (late Michael C. Brown Sr.), Ruby Mae Pooser (late Calhoun Pooser) Grover, SC, and Annie Dozier (Artis Dozier) of Brooklyn NY; grandchildren, Brittani, Devante and James Carson all of Reevesville, SC, Master Clyde Washington, preceded him in death, and our new addition honorary granddaughter Lil Kalani (Ladybug) Delevan Taylor of St. George SC; nieces: LaTisha Brown, Dorchester SC, and Janett Lemon, Columbia SC; nephews Micheal C. Brown Jr, Memphis, TN, Wesley E. Brown (Lauren) West Virginia, WV, Bishop James C. Pooser (Jackie) Grover, SC and Patrick Lemon of Grover, SC;   devoted and special cousins Sherrie and John Moorer of Summerville, SC;  devoted cousins/ neighbor Samantha and Lillie Robertson and JaZavier Torez of St. George, SC; a host of grand nieces, grand nephews, a number of cousins, friends and other relatives.
