Obituary

Florrais Belle Disher Mack, the oldest of the late Lazarus and the late Elizabeth Disher was born September 11, 1936 in St. George, South Carolina.  She grew up in the community of her birth.  She was known to many as Flora Belle Mack.

Florrais attended Williams Memorial High School in achieving her education.  She was a dedicated, hard worker who took pride in everything she did.

Florrais attended Good Hope Baptist Church, St. George, SC where she accepted Chris as her personal savior.

She met the love of her life, Isreal Lee Mack, and they were united in holy matrimony on August 20, 1954 in St. George, SC.  This union was blessed with six children.  After wedding Isreal, she joined him as a faithful member of St. Matthews Baptist Church in Reevesville, SC.

The family later relocated to Mims, FL where she served faithfully.  She served as an usher, a deaconess and a Sunday school teacher.

Florrais was employed by Nevins Packing House, Mims, FL as a Fruit packer/laborer.  She was also a domestic steward.

She loved to cook and fellowship with her family.  She was always loving and caring.  She loved to make her children and grandchildren laugh.  Florrais had a great sense of humor, especially as it related to her children and other family members.  She would often cover herself with a white bed sheet at night and make an appearance before them as a ghost, frightening them, and then she would laugh.

On Friday, October 30, 2020, Florrais departed this life to return home and be with the Heavenly Father.

She was preceded in death by Deacon Isreal Lee Mack June 30, 1988.

She leaves to cherish precious memories her devoted children: Ulysses Mack, Mims, FL, Florine Williams (Anthony), Port St. John, FL, Laverne Brown, Mims, FL, Willie L.
