Obituary

On April 14, 1978, the world was introduced to one of the most determined and courageous individual, Ms. Felicia Annette Britt.  Felicia the daughter of Eartha and Roger Britt, was called to serve as one of God's angels on March 22, 2021.  This was a day that will forever change her love one's lives.

Felicia was a member of Rock of Ages Baptist Church in Maywood, Illinois.

After graduating from St. George High School in 1996, Felicia pursued and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from her beloved Savannah State University.  Felicia graduated with honors and began her career working at Snell Law Firm in Columbia, SC.  Felicia's passion and drive landed her an opportunity to work for Schiff Hardin, LLP, a top law firm in Chicago, Illinois. It was shortly after she made Chicago her home.

While working as a paralegal Felicia pursued and accomplished a Juris Prudence degree from the University of Chicago Loyala School of Law.

Felicia leaves behind to cherish her memories: her mother Eartha Lou Britt of St. George, SC; her father, Roger (Ruth) Britt of Smoaks, SC; one sister, Leslie Britt-Summers of Charleston, SC; two brothers, Frederick (Jackie) Britt of Summerville, SC and Kerrington (Ericka) Britt of Ladson, SC; seven uncles, James (Ella) Bradley of Fayetteville, NC, Gary (Mary) Bradley of Reevesville, SC, John (Margie) Bradley, Terry Bradley and Kirk Bradley all of St. George, SC, John Clay (Valerie) Britt of Orangeburg, SC and Robert (Louverne) Britt of Ridgeville, SC; six aunts, Ella (Joe) Burns of Beaufort, SC, Lillie Ann (Victor) Ladson of Ladson, SC, Deloris (Joseph) Addison of St. George, SC, Willa Dean Johnson (Cornell) of Columbia, SC, Mildred (Roger) Storman of Orangeburg, SC and Maggie (Olin) Brown of Bowman, SC; six grand aunts, Rosa Mack of St. George, SC, Elease (Melvin) Vanderhorse of Summerville, SC, Corrine Kinlow of Ladson, SC, Charity (Timothy) Summers of Beaufort, SC, Willia Mae (Jasper) Breaker and Lottie (Andy) Williams both of Reevesville, SC; one grand uncle, Clay (Tracy) Britt of San Antonio, TX; six nieces; four nephews; two grand nephews; one grandniece; a very special friend, Tory Tray Juan Williams ; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
