Ms. Eula Lee Grantham, the daughter of the late Aggalee Salley, was born August 10, 1932 in St George SC. On Saturday, February 13, 2016 God dispatched his Angel of Silence to carry her home for eternal rest.
Eula attended the public schools of Dorchester County. At an early age she joined the Good Hope Baptist Church. As a young adult she moved to Brooklyn, NY and was employed by the Salwen Family. She then moved back to St George and served faithfully as a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church Senior Choir and Pastor's Aide. Eula was employed by Bowcar Industries, Bowman SC and retired from Wimberly Cleaners, St George SC.
Preceding her in death are her siblings: Leon Salley, Dorothy Salley, John Henry Salley, Ruth Salley Lee, Herbert Salley, Julia Salley, Johnny Grant and John Allen Grant.
She leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Virginia Peppers, Brooklyn, NY; two brothers, Louis W. (Beatrice) Grant, Conyers, GA and Lula M. Grant, St George, SC; a special sister, Pernice Johnson, Ft Washington, MD; one uncle, Willie Brice, Charleston, SC; several special nieces and nephews; a special caregiver, Irene Kelly; a special daughter, Nancy Salwen and a host of other relatives and friends.
