DiMickie Dondre "Boogie" Green was born on July 13, 1993 in Charleston, SC to Lizzie Green and the late Thomas Mickey Green. Boogie was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 11, 2016.

DiMickie was educated in Dorchester County School District Four. He attended Piedmont Technical College, Greenwood, SC until he became ill. At an early age, he joined Jericho Baptist Church, Reevesville, SC. He was a faithful and dedicated Jericho member. Boogie was the President of Jericho Dream Team, a member of the Brotherhood, a Trustee, the President of the Youth Choir, and a member of Jericho Combined Choir. DiMickie was a dedicated worshipper of the Lord and he did not mind serving the Lord. To know DiMickie was to love him and to love him was such a joy.

Boogie was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Mickey Green, his grandmother, Beatrice Green, his grandfathers, John W. Britt and Harold Green, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Boogie leaves to cherish his fond memories: his faithful and loving mother, Lizzie Green, his sister, Laquisha (Squeak) Britt both of the home; his grandmother, Irene Britt of St. George, SC; ten aunts, Irene (Alfred) Ross, Willa Britt, Linda Campbell, Gloria Shuler all of St. George, SC, Christine (David) Syphrett, Ida (Jeremiah) Dacus, Annie Reeves, Villa Britt, Brenda Addison and Vivian Green all of Reevesville, SC; Robert (Patricia) Britt of Reevesville, SC, Larry (Jackalyn) Green of St. George, SC and Willie J. Britt of Augusta, GA; two great uncles, Robert (Nancy) Rasberry of Columbia, SC and Roosevelt Rasberry of Branchville, SC; two great aunts, Beulah (Robert) Gaithers of Bradenton, FL and Emma Rhett of Columbia, SC; four best friends, Raven Turkvant, Gus Rivers, Olivia Kelly, Aveonze Cam; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
