David (Shot) Nathaniel Sistrunk was born on November 27, 1958, to the late Flora L. Shuler and Blease Shuler, Sr. in Orangeburg, South Carolina. A native of Bowman, South Carolina, David was a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cherished family man whose presence brought strength, comfort, and love to those around him.

David was a great father who always put his family first. His love for his family was shown through his actions, his support, and the care he gave to those he loved. He took pride in being there for his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, and family, and his legacy will continue through the lives he touched.

David enjoyed the simple things in life, including fishing, working out, and watching movies. These moments brought him joy and peace, and they reflected the kind of man he was - strong, steady, and family-centered.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Annie Sistrunk; his four sons, Quantrel (Baby Boy) Pringle, Nathan (Rabbit) Grant, Kevin (Kev) Pringle, and Anthony (Charlie) Pringle, Nathan Grant; his two daughters, Angie Brunson and Ashley Neko Jackson; his sister, Patsy (Hollis) Williams; his brother, Blease Shuler Jr.; his daughters-in-law, Teniesha Pringle and Kandice Jennings Pringle; his sisters-in-law, Lois Shuler, Gladys Williams, Delores Johnson, and Gloria Green; his brothers-in-law, Hollis Williams, John L. Peppers, Samuel Peppers, Johnny Peppers, J.L. Peppers, and George Peppers; his nieces, Christianna Holmes, Fardentcyia Shuler, Jartrene "Hamilton" Shuler, Tyzesha Shuler, and Ashley Shuler; his nephews, Brandon Shuler and Alexander Shuler; his grandchildren, Anthony (AJ), Pringle, Aria (RIRI) Pringle, Nathaniel (Jun Bug) Pringle, Natalya (Mya) Pringle, Nickols (Mari) Pringle, Queria (Baby Bug) Pringle, Tyquanda Boyd, Tyravia (Munchie) Pringle, Anthony (Trey) Boyd, Micayla Pringle, Tyquavion Pringle, Iyona Jones, Jayceon Grant, Paris Grant, Kyrie Grant, and Karter A.
