Ms. Cynthia "Gal Man" Martino was summoned by God's Heavenly Angels on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at the Jackson North Hospital, Miami, Florida after an extended illness.
Cynthia affectionately known as Gal Man and Sassy by relatives and friends was born August 30, 1958 in St. George, SC to the late Rosa Mae Martino and Roy Cawley and reared by the late Lenell Summers.
She attended Williams Memorial High School in St. George, SC. She was a dedicated housekeeper who took pride and enjoyed doing her job well.
Cynthia was blessed with four sons; one son, Terence Martino preceded her in death.
She was a friendly and outgoing person who loved to have fun with whomever she met.
Cynthia leaves to cherish her fond memories three sons, Cedric Martino of Turbeville, SC, Tyler Wright and Rodrick Wright both of Columbia, SC; seven grandchildren, Tyshema Murray of Summerville, SC, Teona Martino of St. George, SC, Jacob Brooks of Summerville, SC, Arianya Wright of Columbia, SC, Jae'quan Wright and Jasiyah Wright both of Ridgeville, SC and Jalayah Wright of Columbia, SC; four foster sisters, Alma Steward, Linda Anderson and Eddie Sue Hankins all of St. George, SC and Barbara Dereef of Derby, CT; a beloved aunt Clay Francis Adams of Miami, FL; a loving, caring and devoted cousin Flossie "Weet" Haynes of Miami, FL; true and loyal friends, Tandra Hodges and Ron Hodges both of St. George, SC; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
